There is something desperately sad about Piper, the Palin's youngest daughter. She is a precious girl. Her parent's choices had to be hell on her over the last year. Now there is no one who can say for certain where she is or about the care and schooling she receives. Both Piper and her mother are MISSING IN ACTION. In the best case scenario that can't be healthy for a child that needs the protection of a stable home and a typical family life. Did she have to leave her family and friends? Does she have a kitchen where she can do her own cooking? Is it hired help or restaurants where she sits down for the replacement of the family meal? Is she overwhelmed with her new life and new friends?

Levi Johnston once lived in the same house with Piper. They were all one family before the split ups started. Now there are dark secrets and the family is no more, the divides are vast. Piper might be as far from her Wasilla home as New York. Levi is telling his part of the family story piece by piece. His Vanity Fair article titled “Me and Mrs. Palin” is coming out this week. The Palin's will not only deny anything Levi says, they will try and destroy everything about the Johnstons. The fact is they are no longer together and Levi is the one with a better track record for making sense.

"There wasn’t much parenting in that house" is a serious statement from Levi. There is enough to back him up but it does not sync with the packaging of the Sarah Palin that was sold to America. Her puppeteers and Palinistas are continuing to sell the ideal family of values. An über symbiotic relationship is not cute or healthy.

The questions surrounding Trig Palin are important, but please take some time to remember the missing and forgotten 8 year-old we know as Piper.

On the heels of the blog report from The Immoral Minority that ex-Governor Sarah Palin and her husband Todd are divorcing—which earned the blogger, Gryphen, a pissy letter from Palin attorney Thomas Van Flein, declaring it a malicious lie—both Levi Johnston and his sister Mercede are telling the tabloids that the rumor’s true.

On Monday Levi told RadarOnline.com (owned by the same company, American Media, as the National Enquirer) that Sarah and Todd had problems “from day one,” and that he definitely thought their marital woes were a contributing factor to Sarah abdicating her governorship. Wednesday, Mercede Johnston threw her two cents in, in an interview with Star magazine (also owned by American Media). “Sarah and Todd are fighting all the time,” Mercede told Star. She also said Todd was often sleeping on the couch, and that Bristol told Levi they’d fight over things like taking out the trash and washing dishes. Mercede called the Palins’ marriage “a sham for the cameras.”

One can only imagine what a taste of freedom would be like for Bristol Palin. Or is a Bernie Kerik security detail watching over her and the babies? Can she leave the fortress, use her cell phone or be on a computer unsupervised? How would she handle a baby and a toddler on her own? Hmmm.... we've heard the snowboard enthusiast and the once dumped for Levi, Johnny Chandler, is cleaning up his act. Is there anything to rekindle? Levi is not only on the market again, he and Bristol were flirt texting last April. Is he still on Sarah's make nice list? Is he able to see Tripp? ( Update: June 11 through 17, 2009 )

Why does it matter? IT MATTERS! Secrets are poison. It matters b/c someone is hiding something and a million more reasons. It matters b/c people aren't seeing the entire picture, hearing the whole story and myths are being spun.

That "history" includes our own little personal experiences. Wasilla has those long cold winters, what to do? Drinking is an important past time in the culture. As mayor, Palin kept the bars opened until early morning, to keep the peeps of "Silla" happy. The current mayor carries on the tradition. It's expensive, it taxes law enforcement and it's hell to pay on those long nights going into early morning when the night peeps are out "relaxing" with booze, drunk driving or finding more trouble. Wasillians want their bars open late and the local authority is on board for the ride.

For a teen shut in, it may not be the bars, there is camping and partying. They are learning from the culture and frequent unsupervised activities. Left on their own, what do they do? An 18 year old can only play so much bingo. How tempting is the old life for Bristol?

Teen scenes of Wasilla

AKStuart9months ago( from June 2009) Went to school with the daughter in question for a few months, before they moved from Juneau to Anchorage.Word on the street was that she snorted diet pills and smoked other such things. I'm pretty sure she did a lot of other things, too.This pregnancy rumor has been popping up a lot in our school (well, at least until I graduated last year.) I wouldn't doubt it, either.

They didn't question why this was never addressed while she was mayor of tiny little Wasilla? She is also close with the expert

The Johnstons computer was scrubbed and there has been too much purged to go into here. Suffice it to say there are peeps that don't want reality told. Several Wasilla blogs have been captured and go back several years. The posters, now adults, are very proud and satisfied with these memories. They bond with and treasure this lifestyle.
